We're pleased to announce that the new collection 'Knowing When to Die', by three-time Bram Stoker Award Winning Author and Editor Mort Castle, containing new and uncollected stories, will be published in October 2017, in English Language, paperback and digital edition.
Mort Castle is an American horror author, editor and writing teacher, with more than 500 short stories and 17 books to his credit. Among his works: the novels 'The Strangers' (1984) and 'Cursed Be the Child' (1990), and the collections 'Moon on the Water' (2000) and 'New Moon on the Water' (2012). Castle edited 'On Writing Horror: A Handbook by the Horror Writers Association' (2006), 'Dracula: Writer's Digest Annotated Classics' (2014) and, with co-editor Sam Weller, the fiction anthology 'Shadow Show: All-New Stories in Celebration of Ray Bradbury' (2012). Castle has been nominated for various awards, including the Pushcart Prize, the Bram Stoker Award (won three times), the Black Quill Award (won two times), the Shirley Jackson Award, the Audie, and the International Horror Guild Award.
